Dominions at Victoria aforesaid.
y. There is produced and shown to me a hemorial addressed by myself to His Excellency Sir Reginald Edward Stubbs, K.C. M.G., Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong respecting my Application for a Certificate of Natur- alization as a Subject of the Britisn Empire which Memorial
is marked with the letter "A".
AND I solemnly declare that all the statements therein
contained are to my knowledge true.
AND I make this solem Declaration conscientiously
believing unhe same to be true and by virtue of the provisions
of the Statutory Declarations Act 1835.
